🍷How much do you know about chilled reds? I'll admit that I know nothing but I am so excited to learn more. It's so hot today, and I know we have more hot weather to come, chilled reds are perfect for days you want more flavor and body than rose, maybe slightly sparkling but chilled. Im not the biggest fan of red wines when it's hot and humid like today. I'm currently trying the @bodkinwines "light skinned" as I'm typing. Absolutely delicious with the scallion pancake. 🥬 Scallion pancake "taco": I love utilizing fresh local ingredients, there are giant scallions at @rochfarmmkt right now and I love them because it reminds me of home. They are longer, bigger, obviously fresher and so much sweeter and more flavorful. I'm turning these delicious scallions into sourdough scallion pancakes, and topping it…
